About the piece:

In the spring of 2004 Stephanie Knapp commissioned me to write a soundtrack for her short film, Donald. I had the pleasure of working on this project with two excellent musicians, Jeremy Kurtz and Eden MacAdam-Somer (website).

About the movie:

In 1997, something completely forgettable happened in the Ozarks. In a small town, children went to school, churches held services, and a trailer was set on fire. And Donald died. I’m sorry Donald.
